When using a laptop battery, the screen will flash once when opening a video file, and will flash again when closing the video file.
Solution:
1. The screen flickering when opening or closing a video file is a normal phenomenon after the PowerPlay function is turned on.
2. If you don’t want the screen to flicker, you can uninstall the original ATI console and then install the public version of the ATI console.
3. After installing the new console program, first select the "Advanced" mode. Setting PowerPlay to "Balanced" or "Optimize Performance", or disabling PowerPlay can solve this problem.
